Do you accept returns?
Yes. We lovingly accept returns on full-priced pieces within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must arrive back to us unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

How do I begin a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@kinnaree.co with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our team will gently guide you through the process.

Are all pieces eligible for return?
Items marked Final Sale, including discounted or promotional offerings, are released as a final offering and are not eligible for return or exchange.

May I exchange an item for another size or style?
Yes, exchanges are welcomed within 14 days of delivery, pending availability. Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible so we may best assist you.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and lovingly inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the transaction.

Are shipping costs refundable?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if my piece arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right with care and priority.

Do you accept international returns?
At this time, Kinnaree ships exclusively within the United States, and returns are accepted for US orders only.

What happens if my return does not meet your guidelines?
Items returned with signs of wear, scent, or alteration may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
