Shipping Destinations
At this time, Kinnaree ships exclusively within the United States.
Complimentary Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $200 or more, before taxes and after discounts are applied.
Orders under $200 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high demand or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and begin once your order has shipped, not on the date of purchase.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you may follow its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package appears delayed or missing, we recommend first reviewing the tracking details and contacting the carrier directly. Should you need additional support, please reach out to us at info@kinnaree.co, and we will assist you with care.
Kinnaree is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Kinnaree is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
