Our goal at Kinnaree is to provide instruction on strength training and stretching while flowing through dynamic yoga postures. Class focus is teaching yoga basics and breathing techniques that allow one to truly learn the proper way to start a yoga flow practice. All muscle groups will be challenged, however, key focus is on building a strong core, strengthening glutes and thighs, and rediscovering the neglected muscles of the back. A wonderfully curated music playlist will allow one to feel energized and pumped throughout the session.
